Title: Project Engineer: Deep River CT
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
Minimum: BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field
5+ years of experience in field of corrosion, construction, water/wastewater/utilities
NACE CP2+ certification required
Physical capabilities related to frequent standing, kneeling, walking, occasional confined space, climbing and working at height required. May be required to lift/pull up to 50lbs
Site Clearance: Ability to pass a DOT drug test is necessary for access to certain facilities and a background check (back to 18th birthday)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Performance of on-site technical evaluation, testing, inspection, and installation. Ability to create field data, notes, photo documentation and other as required by the project.
Exceptional report writing skills to produce field reports, annual survey reports and typewritten data using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations as required by projects.
Understanding of specifications and construction plans to create submittals, order and verify project materials
Manage CorrTech operation with subcontractors as required for project execution
Adhere to CorrTech safely plan, specific site safety plan and OSHA regulations. Lead tail-gate safety review, oversee and ensure compliance with project job hazard analysis
Familiarity with test equipment and supplies, staging, hand and power tools and maintenance of same
Skillset:

Work independently and with project team as required
